Curries: Paneer in Mustard and Coconut Sauce
Serves: 2-3
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 250 gm paneer diced
- 100 ml mustard sauce
- Grated coconut
- 2 tablespoon mustard oil
- 3-4 green chillies sliced along
the length
- ½ cup milk
- Steamed rice
Method:
- In a shallow bowl, place the
paneer
- In another bowl mix mustard sauce,
grated coconut and milk.
- Pour the mix on the paneer
- Add mustard oil and chillies.
- Microwave for 5-7 minutes.
- Serve with steamed rice.
