Curries: Paneer in Mustard and Coconut Sauce




Serves: 2-3
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
  • 250 gm paneer diced
  • 100 ml mustard sauce
  • Grated coconut
  • 2 tablespoon mustard oil
  • 3-4 green chillies sliced along the length
  • ½ cup milk
  • Steamed rice
Method:

  • In a shallow bowl, place the paneer
  • In another bowl mix mustard sauce, grated coconut and milk.
  • Pour the mix on the paneer
  • Add mustard oil and chillies.
  • Microwave for 5-7 minutes.
  • Serve with steamed rice.
