Curries: Tofu stir-fry
Preparation time: 7 minutes
Ingredients:
- 250 gm soft tofu diced
- 1 teaspoon cooking oil
- Salt and chilli powder to taste
Method:
- Pour cooking oil in a frying pan.
- When it is warm, put the tofu on the
oil.
- Add salt and chilli powder.
- Stir-fry till the tofu change
colour.
- Serve hot.
