Snack: Spicy Peanuts


Serves: 2
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup peanuts
  • 1/4th onion chopped
  • ½ teaspoon chopped ginger
  • 1 cucumber diced
  • 1 tomato diced
  • 2 green chillies chopped
  • 1 teaspoon chaat masala
  • 100 gm bhujia or chips
  • Lemon juice
Method:                                          
  • Roast peanuts in a pan.
  • Then put them in a deep bowl.
  • Add chopped onion, tomato, ginger, green chillies.
  • Top it up with chaat masala and bhujia or any kind of chips.
  • Add a dash of lemon juice.
  • Mix together and it’s ready to serve.
