Snack: Spicy Peanuts

Ingredients:
- 1
cup peanuts
- 1/4th
onion chopped
- ½
teaspoon chopped ginger
- 1
cucumber diced
- 1
tomato diced
- 2
green chillies chopped
- 1
teaspoon chaat masala
- 100
gm bhujia or chips
- Lemon
juice
Method:
- Roast
peanuts in a pan.
- Then
put them in a deep bowl.
- Add
chopped onion, tomato, ginger, green chillies.
- Top
it up with chaat masala and bhujia or any kind of chips.
- Add
a dash of lemon juice.
- Mix
together and it’s ready to serve.
