Ingredients:
- White
or brown bread
- Cheddar
cheese
- Sundried
tomato
- Olives
- A
few slices salami or pepperoni (optional)
- Tooth-picks
Method:
- Cut
the slices bread along the middle.
- On
each rectangular piece, place a slice of cheddar cheese slice, a slice of
salami or pepperoni (optional for non-vegetarians), sundried tomato,
olive.
- Then
pierce a tooth-pick to hold all the layers together.
- Serve
on a tray.
- Perfect
for party food.
