Snack: Bruschetta (cold)

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
  • White or brown bread
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Sundried tomato
  • Olives
  • A few slices salami or pepperoni (optional)
  • Tooth-picks
Method:

  • Cut the slices bread along the middle.
  • On each rectangular piece, place a slice of cheddar cheese slice, a slice of salami or pepperoni (optional for non-vegetarians), sundried tomato, olive.
  • Then pierce a tooth-pick to hold all the layers together.
  • Serve on a tray.
  • Perfect for party food.
