Rice and Bread: Spaghetti




Serves: 4
Preparation time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
  • 100 gm spaghetti
  • Assorted vegetables diced (carrot, celery, cabbage, beetroot, green peas, corn kernels)
  • 4 cloves garlic freshly pounded
  • 500 gm mince
  • 2 tablespoon white vinegar
  • Salt and chilli powder to taste
  • 1 can diced tomato
  • 1 teaspoon cooking oil
Method:

  • Boil spaghetti in a deep pot and drain using a colander.
  • In a frying pan, pour cooking oil.
  • When it is warm, add garlic, mince, vegetables, salt, chilli and tomato.
  • Stir to mix.
  • Cover and simmer in low heat.
  • Once cooked, add vinegar and mix.
  • In a deep pot/ bowl, arrange spaghetti and sauce in layers.
  • Serve hot.
