Rice and Bread: Spaghetti
Serves: 4
Preparation time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
- 100 gm spaghetti
- Assorted vegetables diced (carrot,
celery, cabbage, beetroot, green peas, corn kernels)
- 4 cloves garlic freshly pounded
- 500 gm mince
- 2 tablespoon white vinegar
- Salt and chilli powder to taste
- 1 can diced tomato
- 1 teaspoon cooking oil
Method:
- Boil spaghetti in a deep pot and
drain using a colander.
- In a frying pan, pour cooking oil.
- When it is warm, add garlic,
mince, vegetables, salt, chilli and tomato.
- Stir to mix.
- Cover and simmer in low heat.
- Once cooked, add vinegar and mix.
- In a deep pot/ bowl, arrange
spaghetti and sauce in layers.
- Serve hot.
