Dessert: Sundae

Preparation time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
  • Ice cream (any flavour)
  • Sliced seasonal fruits (bananas, oranges, berries, apples)
  • Sunflower and flax seeds (optional)
Method:
  • Place two scoops of ice cream on a shallow dish.
  • Arrange sliced fruits around it.
  • Optional: sprinkle sunflower and flax seeds on top.
  • Serve immediately.
