Dessert: Oat pudding




Serves: 2-3
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
  • 100 gm rolled oats
  • 2 cups milk
  • Sugar to taste
  • Assorted nuts, dry fruits and seeds
Method:

  • In a pan, add oats and enough milk for it to boil.
  • You can add water to dilute the milk, if it gets too thick.
  • Add nuts, dry fruits and seeds.
  • Add sugar.
  • Let it boil.
  • Then turn off heat and let it cool.
  • Serve chilled.
