Dessert: Oat pudding
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 100 gm rolled oats
- 2 cups milk
- Sugar to taste
- Assorted nuts, dry fruits and seeds
Method:
- In a pan, add oats and enough milk
for it to boil.
- You can add water to dilute the
milk, if it gets too thick.
- Add nuts, dry fruits and seeds.
- Add sugar.
- Let it boil.
- Then turn off heat and let it
cool.
- Serve chilled.
