Curries: Tofu stir-fry




Serves: 2
Preparation time: 7 minutes
Ingredients:
  • 250 gm soft tofu diced
  • 1 teaspoon cooking oil
  • Salt and chilli powder to taste
Method:

  • Pour cooking oil in a frying pan.
  • When it is warm, put the tofu on the oil.
  • Add salt and chilli powder.
  • Stir-fry till the tofu change colour.
  • Serve hot.
