Snack: Jhal Muri/ Bhel Puri

Ingredients:
- Puffed
rice/ muri/ mumra
- 1/4th
onion chopped
- 1
teaspoon chopped ginger
- 1
diced cucumber
- 1
diced tomato
- 2
green chillies
- 100
gm savoury snack (chips or bhujia)
- 2
teaspoon chaat masala
- Chopped
coriander leaves
- Lemon
juice
Method:
- Take
puffed rice in a deep bowl.
- Add
chopped onion, ginger, cucumber, tomato, fresh green chilli, and any kind
of savoury snack (chips, bhujia).
- Then,
add some chaat masala.
- Mix
them well.
- Garnish
with fresh coriander leaves and a dash of lemon juice.
